‘Hello Medium!’

Hi, hello. Welcome to NonFictionPixie, a place for the interminably curious and (probably) ever-so-slightly neurotic book lover.

As an almost exclusively a non-fiction reader, I’ve not always found it easy to find new book recommendations nor like-minded people to share my discoveries with. I wanted a place to share and discuss a wide range of non-fiction titles and so I decided to start publishing my own reviews here, at NonFictionPixie.

The non-fiction World is every bit as diverse and exciting as any fiction (IMHO, it’s way more captivating). It can be enlightening, shocking, joyous and terrifying. No matter what the subject, it will always be an adventure of learning and discovery.

On NonFictionPixie you can expect to see book reviews and opinion pieces based on the titles I have read from biography to technology, self development to science, linguistics to politics, environmentalism to sports performance, and anything in between.

I also share my reviews on my Instagram, and the off outburst of random thought on Twitter.
